Session 1 of Winter Technical Training is Cancelled

This is a bit of a Good News - Bad News announcement. 

Today the state made changes to the COVID mandates that will ALLOW FOR CONTACT SPORTS TO RESUME (with masks).  This is great news because it allows the Soccer Stop to get back to full league competition (resume Session 1 and offer Session 2).  It is bad news because the space we would use for our Technical Training must be used for the games. 

This being the case we must cancel Session 1 of Winter Technical Skills Training.

We expect that we will be able to support Session 2 as announced in March (there may be changes to days and times).

If we are able to offer training prior to Session 2 in some fashion (e.g., smaller group training, high school girls tryout tune-up, etc.), we will send along information directly and through team coaches.  We will be looking into options to do so.

We are still planning to offer Sessions 1 and Sessions 2 of Goalkeeper Training - so registration is still open.  There may be changes to the announced schedule - stay posted for updates on any changes but plan on Session 1 to start next week.

If you registered for Session 1 of Technical Skills Training - Thank you!  Our plan is simply move your registration over to Session 2 in lieu of canceling and refunding the payment.  If you registered for Session 1 AND Session 2, we will process a refund for Session 1.  If you wish to have your Session 1 registration refunded (rather than apply it to Session 2) please send an email to Bruce Lane at [email protected] requesting a refund.  If, for some reason, we are unable to hold Session 2, all registrations will be refunded at that time.

Thank you to all those families that registered for Session 1 - it was shaping up to be a strong showing.  Thank you for your grace as we continue to move forward during these changing times.
