USA Strength & Speed Training

USA is excited to offer a NEW and UNIQUE training opportunity!

We are passionate about providing affordable opportunities for our athletes to advance in their skills. This program is a great opportunity for athletes to not only get better for their upcoming season, but learn more about injury prevention, how to take care of their bodies, and train in a way that builds strength and speed. We have put a ton of effort into developing this program because we believe with experienced professionals, this training can be the difference between an athlete and a competitor.

  • Session Size:  We are striving for a 10-1 ratio of athlete to trainer.

We will also focus on showing the athletes stretches to aid in recovery and taking care of their bodies, as well as injury prevention stretches and drills.
