Player Registration & USA Night

THIS FOR PLAYERS THAT HAVE BEEN OFFERED A SPOT ON A USA TEAM

If you have not been offered a spot but are interested in joining a USA team, follow the guidance provided on the Joining A USA Team page.


Once players have been offered and accept a spot on a USA team, there are a couple of more steps that must be completed to make it official.

Online Registration and Fee Payment

After being informed that a player has made a team, the team coach will share detailed information about how to complete the registration process and become an official USA player.  Along with the information will be directions about how to complete the USA Online Registration Process.  Accepting your roster spot is your first step to joining the Club.  Completing the registration process is the way to officially join the Club!  To become an official member of the team and USA each player must be fully registered.  This is different than the registration process completed online for tryouts.  This web-based system allows your family to complete all the required registration forms, register for the USA Team Camp, and pay your player fee … all securely online.   You will be given information about how to get online and how to work through the system.

Once you reach the end of the online process you will have become a committed player in the Club, selected your uniform number (if you are not a returning player), signed up for the USA-only Club Camp, and paid for the season – all in the course of a few easy minutes!  We do urge you to register as soon as you can so that you can rest assured that the registration process is done, and more importantly you player will be a fully committed player with ‘ready to play’ status.  Not completing the process or postponing fee payment may impact their roster status.  If you have any concerns or questions about this please let me know.


Financial Support


The Club has a strong financial support offering.  We do not want cost to get in the way of a player joining the USA family.  The process is easy ... simply select the "check" payment option during the online registration (that will allow you to completed the registration process without paying).  Then, during USA Night, connect with the Club Treasurer (Heather DenUyl) or Director of Operations (Bruce Lane) to start the financial support process.  The process involves completing a simple, non-intrusive form.  From there the process is very private and coordinated by the Club Director of Operations, President, and Treasurer.  If you are unable to attend USA Night, simply contact Club Director of Operations at [email protected].

USA Night

On Monday, June 28th the entire Club will come out for USA Night at the Soccer Stop Sportsplex any time between 6:00 and 7:30pm. 

-  We will all spend some time together ...
-  meet your coach and teammates
-  finish online registration (we will have computers set up and people to help)
-  pay if you did not do so online
-  talk with Club leadership about financial support
-  get fitted for the uniform kit that is new for this year
-  get any questions answered

Uniform and Club Gear Ordering

Our uniforms and club gear (fan wear) is managed online through Team Gazelle.  We do not manage any part of the ordering, payment or fulfillment process.  Ordering uniform kits, pieces of kits, or other Club gear is completed directly between the user and Team Gazelle by accessing the following link (the link that is provided on the sheet MUST used in your browser just as it is written - just typing in Team Gazelle will not get you to the right spot).  

You must have your officially assigned uniform number before ordering your uniform.  Confirm your number with your team coach before ordering your uniform kit.

  • Once at the site, select FIND YOUR CLUB in the upper right corner.
  • Search for "USA".
  • You will see our logo on the top left of the clubs.
  • Click on our logo.
  • Under UNIFORMS (on the left navigation bar) you will see options ... SELECT or PREMIER.  Select the correct one (only one of our teams is premier so chances are you are select). 
  • Please note that you will not be able to place your order until your player number has been assigned.  If you do not have a player number contact your team coach.
  • When ordering complete uniform kits (required of each USA player) the user must select on each one of the required items (there are 5 items - 2 jerseys (home & away), 1 pair of shorts, 1 pair of game socks, and 1 practice jersey) and enter the size, player number (make sure it is entered correctly on all 4 items), choose quantity and click on "add to cart".  The rest should be pretty self-explanatory.
  • Individual uniform pieces will be available for purchase throughout the year, along with a variety of fan wear items for you to show your support.
  • Use the 'fit sheet' below to help determine the appropriate size as items personalized with a player number are non-refundable. 
  • Throughout the summer months delivery may take up to 4 weeks from the date you place your order. Please make sure your order is placed at least 4 weeks prior to your first game. 

Contact Team Gazelle directly with any questions about the ordering process or your order status (including back orders) once it has been placed or received.  The Club does not have any information about uniforms.  You will be referred back to Gazelle.
